Do you have valet?
BIN 36 Chicago offers valet service nightly starting at 5 PM At all other times you may park in one of the pay lots in the neighborhood or at the House of Blues Hotel.


Is there a wine tasting tonight?
BIN 36 offers regularly scheduled wine tastings which are posted on our events calendar. In addition, our wine flights and glass pours are always available for you to create you own wine tasting, with or without our guidance.

How do I return an item I ordered online?

Shipping and Delivery Terms and policies

BY SUBMITTING AN ORDER TO BIN 36, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BIN 36 RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ORDER AT ANY TIME WITHOUT EXPLANATION.

Gift Orders
If you are sending a gift and would like a personalized gift card to be included with your order, please click the link, "Need a Gift Card?" located on the top left of the white MARKET pages and add the item, "Gift Card Info" to your order. You will be prompted to fill out the form as indicated. Please be sure to indicate any special instructions such as gift wrapping, which is $3 per item. BIN 36 will contact you with any questions or comments regarding your order. Thanks!

Discounts and taxes
All case orders of wine receive a 10% discount. This includes mixed cases of 12 bottles. The discount will be calculated when we receive your order. Your credit card charge will be adjusted accordingly.
When we process the order, any applicable discount or tax adjustments will be made to your credit card.

Delivery and Shipping Policies
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. Due to ever changing inventory and availability, we reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or vintages. We cannot ship wine to the following states; GA, FL, TN, MD, KY, UT.

All orders received after Noon US CST will be processed the next business day. We shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipment. Overnight or 2-day air is available, but rush charges apply and you must inform us if you need to expedite you order. Shipping charges are subject to change with out notice.

$24.99 and under - $5.50
$25-49.99 - $8.50
$50-99.99 - $12.50
$100-149.99 - $16.50
$150 and over - 11% of merchandise total

Orders shipped internationally will require additional charges than those available on the drop-down list within the website. We will contact you with the correct rates before processing your order.

Local Delivery
BIN 36 will deliver within the Chicago area may be arranged through a messenger service, but applicable rates apply and vary by size of order and location.

Wine Shipments and Policies
All orders for cases of wine will receive a 10% discount. All bottled wine orders less than a case (12 bottles) will include a $3 handling fee.

BIN 36 ships only when and where legal. We adhere to strict policies regarding shipping and will not ship wine to minors or to felony states. Due to various state and federal laws regarding interstate shipping, delivery to your state may be restricted or may have become restricted without your knowledge. Current requirements may be found at www.winelaw.org.

You must be of legal age to purchase wine and someone of legal age must sign for the delivery. By placing an order with BIN 36, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom you are directing delivery is at least 21 years old and will be able to show identification proving he or she is at least 21 years old. We cannot be held responsible for return due to lack of identification and you will be responsible for return charges. In addition, first time orders will be asked to submit a copy of a valid driver's license or state ID verifying legal age.

BIN 36 is committed to the quality of wine and other items it sells. Due to the fragile nature of wine, we may not ship immediately during extreme weather conditions (outside a range of 40-75 F). We will notify you if we need to hold your wine in order to prevent damage by temperature extremes of which we are aware. It is your responsibility to notify us of extreme weather conditions in your area. We assume no liability for damage to wine due to weather changes during transport or to damage to wine shipped to you against our protest during extreme weather. If you need an expedited delivery, please let us know and alternatives shipping arrangements can be made.

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from us. If for any reason you would like to return an item, please contact us for information and instructions: 312.755.WINE (9463) or market@bin36.com. Returns must be shipped via an insured and prepaid method. Shipping fees are non-refundable on returns. BIN 36 cannot be responsible for damage resulting from acts of nature, nor can we be held accountable for improper storage of wine or improper handling of nonalcoholic items once delivery has been accepted. We will replace or refund corked wines or defective items once they have been returned to us and found to be corked or defective. Food items may not be returned.
